Set Up
A crucial aspect to any equipment purchase is generating a return on the investment as quickly as possible. This makes the set up of the machine critically important in getting it up, running and generating profit.
Any machine purchased from Loeb comes with the option to have it set up for a package within the range of the machine prior to shipping. Save valuable time by having the equipment ready to run your product on arrival.
Set up can be as simple as a few adjustments or it can include a full range of change parts. It can even be as complex as configuring the machine to include multiple product applications. Our team of technical experts can make the installation seamless for your on site mechanical staff when the product has already been run in the machine. Our fees even include training, making installation at your facility as easy as possible.
Reconditioning
Whether the work required is simply equipment cleaning and test running or complete reconditioning, count on Loeb to provide the quality service and excellent workmanship you can depend on.
Our fully-equipped machine shop and metal fabrication shop is staffed with highly experienced craftsmen. Regardless the type of equipment, our expert staff evaluates each machine to determine the necessary repairs required to bring the item to good as new condition. Whether the work is mechanical or electrical, our team works to provide nothing short of the excellence and quality you’ve come to expect from Loeb.
The photos below outline the refurbishment and complete reconditioning of a vertical mixer—a shining example of how we turned this "piece of coal" into a "diamond" of an asset. This mixer now runs and looks as good as new, if not better.
Typically the used equipment in Loeb’s inventory doesn’t require as much repair as the mixer shown below. However, due to the popularity and scarcity of some machines, our customer’s require that we inventory whatever can be sourced. Making the machinery run and look like new is where Loeb shines! Regardless of the make, model or type of equipment, our expert staff will evaluate the machine, determine the necessary repairs, and ultimately provide a machine that will satisfy your needs.
