MODEL: IMB 150, WORKING CAPACITY: 150 cubic feet, FULL CAPACITY: 175 cubic feet, TROUGH: Constructed of T304 stainless steel material on all product contact areas. All external stiffeners, legs, ribs and supports are constructed of structural steel, primed and color coated. Inside trough measures 53 in wide x 106 in long x 58 in deep. Flanged (ANSI 150 lbs.) 10 in center bottom outlet. Mill finish exterior and mirror finish interior. AGITATOR: Double ribbon design constructed of T304 stainless steel material. Outer ribbon measures 1/2 in thick x 2-1/2 in wide. Inner ribbon measures 3/8 in thick x 2 1/2 in wide. (9) diamond shaped support posts 3/4 in thick. 5-1/2 in diameter main shaft. Arranged for center bottom discharge. Removable agitator. Mirror polish finish. COVER: Three (3)-piece top cover with safety grates mounted beneath. Proximity switch furnished for customer hook-up. DISCHARGE: Pneumatically operated knife gate valve. 10 in diameter opening. T304 stainless steel on all product contact areas. Furnished with discharge valve guard. GLANDS: Cast T304 stainless steel split housings supplied with Teflon rope packing. Complete with split T304 stainless steel pusher and T304 stainless steel backing plate. BEARINGS: Heavy duty self-aligning outboard pillow block support bearings. DRIVE: 40 HP 3 PH/60Hz/230-460 volt TEFC gear motor, chain driven to an agitator shaft, arranged for 25 RPM output agitator speed. Furnished with totally enclosed chain guard.
