Brenton BEC Automatic high side open top tray former / packer, rated to speeds up to 11 trays, and 60 product /min depending on size tray and pack pattern. 82 in L x 12 in W plastic flexlink product infeed conveyor, 90 deg turn to product accumulation, collation, upstacking section. Has a 54 in L x 44in W blank tray magazine, (4) suction cup recipicating blank pick up, hot melt glue system, and dual 3 1/4 in W x 50 in L plastic delron product discharge conveyors. Allen Bradley controls with model 1000 Panel View, complete with LEXAN barrier guarding and electrical interlocks.
