Koppens Model ST6000/600 Continuous Cooking Oven, Steam Fired, With Lifting Hood For Wash Down, 380 Volt, Built In 1997 Complete With Micro Process Controls. The Koppens steam tunnel ST can be used for a wide range of products, such as meat, poultry, fish or vegetable. In addition this unit is highly suitable for post-pasteurization of packaged products and prepared meals. A 600mm (24in) conveyor belt transports the product through the steam tunnel. This is a continuous process. To achieve optimum circulation of the steam, the tunnel is divided into two zones. Steam injection can be adjusted precisely to the desired temperature. The unit has lifting hood for wash down, complete with micro process controls. It is 380V, 24in wide SS mesh belt, 20 ft long (15 ft cook zone). The unit was new in 1997
