AMS Mdl A100 Semi automatic Auger Filler on stand, 21 in dia x 20 in D cone hopper w/ 3 in bottom opening, 8 in x 5 in top port w/ cover, 7 in dia top inlet, top mounted level detector, foot petal, Main drive 3/60/230, controls: 1/60/115 (upgraded digital controls installed around 2005), 10 in x 10 in s/s Container platform adjustable height. The A-100 is a heavy duty semiautomatic filling machine capable of dispensing powders, granules, liquids, creams or pastes. All product contact parts are Stainless Steel and designed for easy cleanup and change-over. A footswitch and auto recycle timer come standard on the AMS A-100. The recycle timer allows operators to set and maintain a production rate. A volumetric filler, the A-100 typically exceeds accuracies of + or - 1%. AMS uses commercially available parts, which minimizes cost of ownership and maximizes your bottom line
