Accutek MDl KISS ACT8 8 quill capper, Capping speed up to 300 CPM, Cap Size: capable from 10mm to 120 mm with proper change parts (last used w/ 110 mm cap), Torque Range: 1 to 90 in sq lbs, Sinle 32 in L x 1 In h side gripper belts, Air requirement: 60 to 80 PSI, s/s frame with cap feed chute and Accutek cleated Z type Mdl 50COE001 cap elevator on s/s frame w/feed hopper. Electrical: single Phase 110 volt. The Kiss ACT-8 Series Spindle Capper is based on a heavy duty S.S. Frame and includes a Closure Elevator / Orientor and 8 Spindle Sets for High Speed 3-shift operation. This robust design reduces the need for maintenance to almost zero while increasing the capability and adjustability of the capper to accommodate closures from 10mm to 120 mm with little to no modifications. The Pneumatic Torque Clutch Design ensures accurate and repeatable torque at any production speed. The ACT-8 Capper is based on a C Frame design and can be used with almost any existing conveyor system. Using Powered Head Height Adjustment and Dial Controls for closure and container diameter, set up is quick and easy. The Elevator / Orientor unit uses 1/4 turn fasteners for the elevator cleats allowing the unit to be changed over within 10 minutes if necessary. Single Gripper Belts are standard and have a tapered container adjustment to accommodate difficult to handle containers up to 7 1/2 in.
