Bucher Model CM50 apple grinding disc mill, 30KW - 40HP motor for main grinding head, 3KW - 4HP motor for 14 inch diameter x 30 inch long feed conveyor in self contained hopper, 9.5 inch spacing. Apple Production capacity 30 to 50 tons/hour, product discharge slot is adjustable in 5 steps to a miximum of 10mm. Mash structure can be adjusted without interruption of operation.
