3,500 gal jacketed / insulated vacuum turbine and high speed Quadro side entering Jet mill vertical dome top, hemispharical bottom tank, 5hp Lightnin 4 blage top entering turbine agitator, 150psi @370deg bottom third jacket fully insulated with stainless steel sheathing, National Board #1175, internal rated at 60/FV at 370deg, side sight glass, approx 20in ss manway, large selection of top entering openings, Quadro mdl 1/4-0075 (2005) side entering angled Jet mill complete with oiler, and approx 20-30hp drive, Jet Mixer utilizes rotor/stator tooling that creates pure axial flow discharge jet to provide instant in-tank mixing and blending. Axial flow pattern produces uniform velocity profile throughout vessel with no stratification or dead areas. Using negative pressures at rotor, by-pass tube draws powders and liquids directly into rotor/stator head for immediate sub-surface dispersion into liquid phase, both drives with vfds, side s/s ladder with s/s bolt on platform with quick access c/s stairs
