Capmatic Accurofill 8 head S/S inline XP pneumatic operated piston filler. Bottle diameter 10mm-150mm, bottle height 20mm-350mm, filling capacity 1ml-5 liters, 20-150 BPM, plus minus 0.5 percent filling accuracy. Microprocessor controls, pneumatic rams with (8) 6 1/2 in L x 3 1/2 in Dia volumeteric pistons, micro adjustment on nozzles. 120V, 1 phase, 60 Hz, 8 Cfm. Two S/S product hoppers measuring 19in L x 18in W x 21in D. (8) SMC model NCMB088-0100C pneumatic cylinders with 9in L nozzles, 1/4in diameter opening. Cylinder bore size is 7/8in, 1in stroke length and has bumper. Max operating pressure is 250 PSI, minimum operating pressure is 8 PSI, ambient and fluid temperature is 40-140 degrees F, piston speed is 2in to 30in per second. 20ft L x 4 1/2in W delrin chain conveyor. 115 V, single phase.
