Cozzoli Model GW24262 Batch Style Vial and Ampule Washer with Programmable Cycle Functions. Utilizes tooling for direct loading from shrink-wrap packages. Specific Needle Plate Vial tooling now installed is 32 x 18 (576) 11 gauge needles on 30mm centers. Other tooling is available from OEM. All Stainless Steel construction. Includes 30 Gallon solution tank with electric heater and 1/4 hp 1/160/115v agitator, plus 1 hp 3/60/208/230/460V 6 in centrifugal pump. Allen Bradley 503 PLC, PV600 HMI, and 1305 VFD for pump.
