80 Gallon Lee Model 80VK, S/S Vacuum Kettle. Approximately 32 in diameter x 30 in deep. Hemispherical clamp down hinged top with counter-weight, hemispherical bottom. Internal rated Full Vacuum at 289 degrees F. Stainless steel jacket rated 40 psi at 289 degrees F. Top entering Lightnin agitator, model XJC-30. 1 in Diameter shaft with a 3 blade prop, driven by a 0.30hp, 3/60/208-220/440 volt, 1725 rpm motor. Openings: top (2) 1-1/4 in NPT, (2) 2-1/2 in sight glass, 2 in center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs.
