Wolverine Jet Zone fluid bed dryer. 14 inch wide x 80 inch long bed for 7.5 square feet drying area. 1/2 inch staggered nozzles on 3 inch spacing. Steam heated with 6 inch recirculating vent and blower. Product feed belt with rotating leveling mechanism. High velocity air passing through the long tube air jets creates a bed of air, thus suspending and tumbling the product as the air deflects of a non perforated conveyor. Unit last used in lab operation to dry approx 210 lb/hour.
