250 Gallon Hamilton Model SE, 316 S/S Jacketed Kettle. Approximate 62 in diameter x 31 in deep. Open top with a 1 piece hinged cover, 304 stainless steel jacketed hemispherical bottom, rated 40 psi at 257 degrees F. Clamp on Philadelphia air operated agitator, model PGA-4-13, 1-1/4 in diameter shaft with a 3 blade prop. NB# 2665. No center bottom outlet (welded shut). Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs.
