Complete 300 lbs per hour Nut Blanching and Roasting Line, primarily manufactured by Wuxi Kingship in China. Line consists of tilt hopper to dump raw, hulled soy nuts into blancher with integrated propane burner. Discharge through a vibratory conveyor to a bucket elevator and hopper into the roaster. Roasted nuts are transfered via vibratory conveyor into a Spray Dynamics seasoning drum with both an airless liquid and Uni-Spense dry ingredient dispensor (with seasoning and salt screw) and cooling conveyor. Final product goes to a Wuxi volumetric product feeder and vertical form fill and seal machine, currently set for 2 ounce bags, has change parts for 7.5 ounce bags. System also includes an inclined discharge conveyor from the bagger to a pack off table. Last Running Soy nuts
