Adco Model 105D125EC Semi-Automatic Horizontal Cartoner. The semi-automatic horizontal load cartoner is capable of speeds up to 125 cartons per minute. Has 12 in centers for a carton size range: length 1 in - 9-1/2 in or 25 mm to 240 mm, width 3/4 in to 3 in or 20 mm to 70 mm, depth 4 in to 12 in or 100 mm to 300 mm. Has 8 ft long manual load area, rotary carton feeder, emboss date coder and Nordson Hot Melt 3100 2 gun glue system. Has a 2 head rotary blank carton feeder. Has SEW mechanical variable speed drive. Includes electrically interlocking Lexan barrier guarding. 3/60/460V. Include stainless lazy susan type product feed table to bring product to operator load area.
