DTG Standard 1,100 mm (46 in) Wide Finn Belt Chocolate Coater rebuilt in 2007. 220 Liter Output Per Batch. Maximum Batch Aprox 345 Pounds. Approx Batch Process Time 25-30 Minutes. 1,168 mm (46 in) W Plastic Interlocking Chain Conveyor. 12 Spray Nozzles. The Finn Chocolate Coater covers various centers to an even thickness and so retains the original shape. The Coater will out produce conventional pans. Production rates of over 600 pounds (272 kilos) per hour can be obtained coating peanuts with chocolate (50% by weight). The coater is much quieter and cleaner to operate than conventional revolving pans, chocolate is contained within the machine and not blown into the panning room. Operating the coater is simple and does not require a special skill set- an operator can be trained within an hour. The machine is very easy to load and unload, this production times maximized. Machine is self-contained 75 in x 113 in and 101 in high.
