Bosch (Doboy) Model 7520 Automatic Dual Head Tray Former and Top Load Carton Former. Capable of speeds from 50 - 150 Trays/Cartons per minute (depending on application). Set up with Nordson Pro Blue Hot melt glue system. Knock Down Tray size range: up to 35 in L x 21 in W. Equipped with dual 32 in long blank tray magazine, dual vacuum suction cup reciprocating pick-in-place, with hand crank adjustable dual shuttle flat tray indexing systems with pusher lugs and dual mechanical tray forming heads, no tray / no form photo eyes. Control panel, has swing arm touch pad controller and readout with on / off and e-stop push button controls and status light bar. Mounted on base frame with leveling legs.
