144in. Wide X 98ft. Long Aeroglide 3 Stage Gas Fired Dryer (1995) Still Installed And In Excellent Condition All Stainless Steel With Controls, Drives, Etc. The Drier Is Divided Into Three Stages With A Separate Belt Drive Motor For Each Stage.Each Stage Is Divided Into Two Heat Zones With An Individual Burner And Two Recirculation Fans For Each Zone (Total Of Six Heat Zones). Each Stage Has A Separate Exhaust Fan For Removing Moisture From The Heat Zones. Each Turnover Is Heated By Exhaust Air. Dryer Length Is 98 Ft. Each Of The Three Heated Zones Is 22 Ft. In Length And 11? 8? Usable Width. The Unit Was Put Into Service Around 1996. Product Conveyor,Contact Points And Sheeting Is Of Stainless Steel Construction. Product Belting System Consists Of A Carbon Steel Slider Support Grid Over Which A Woven Wire Belt Is Advanced By Evenly Spaced Rods That Are Attached To Drive Chains At Each Side All Zones Are Heated. Each Heat Zone Has 25 Sq. Ft. Of Area, Giving A Total Of 771 Sq. Ft. Of Heated Area With Air Flow. There Are Two Product Transfer Areas That Are Also Enclosed But Without Air Flow And They Are Each 6 Ft. In Length And Total An A Dditional 140 Sq. Ft. So A Full Dryer, From End To End Has 911 Sq. Ft. Of Product Belt Surface Area.
