1 (One) Reconditioned 80HP Donlee Package Firetube Boiler, 150 psig DP, Model SPHV80N/2. Boiler is equipped to fire natural gas or #2 fuel oil. Unit has 400 sq. ft. of heating surface. Built in 1999. 1 (One) Reconditioned Simplex Boiler Feed System to operate with 80HP Boiler. System includes tank, pump and stand. 1 (One) New Duplex Boiler Feed System (2) pumps (1 standby) to serve up to (1) 100HP Boiler operating up to 135 psig. System includes: (1) Duplex Feed Pac System with 125 gallon, non-code welded steel receiver. Tank will be 24 inches diameter x 60 inches straight length. Tank is complete with: (1) One float switch and 1/2 inch solenoid valve for cold water makeup; (1) One water glass gauge; (2) Two 13 stage, stainless fitted, centrifugal pumps equipped with high temperature mechanical seals. Each pump will have a capacity of 11GPM @ 358FTDH. Pumps will be mounted on a formed steel unit base and close coupled to: (2) Two 3 HP, 460V, 60 Hertz, 3 Phase, 3500 RPM, vertical drip proof motors; (1) One 47 inches high structural steel tank support stand; (2) Two Magnetic across the line starters in a NEMA #1 enclosure with (2) Two HOA Switches; (2) Two running lights; (1) One Control circuit transformer; (1) One Duplex selector switch; (1) One Set schedule 40 pump suction piping from common header with all necessary fittings and (2) Two gate vales; (2) Two expansion couplings and (1) One pre-heater steam injection system including injection heater tube, 1/2 inch control valve and combination temperature/pressure pilot. System will be completely packaged. Panel will be mounted on stand and wired to motors. The above equipment is in stock. The following piece has to be order new and delivery will take 4 to 6 weeks and can be dropped shipped to you. (1) One New Industrial Steam Blowdown Separator including Aftercooler for hot liquids, Temperature regulator cooling water control package and 38 inches High supports. Inlet size = 2 inches; Vent = 5 inches; Drain = 5 inches.
