The quick adjust case magazine is wide and close to the floor, so lifting and bending motions are reduced during case loading. The machine features improved operator access, easy changeover, simple operation, and less moving parts than other available case erectors. As for changeovers, the R235 provides time savings with slide and lock adjustments requiring a few short minutes to accommodate a wide range of case sizes. Knockdown case size range is approx. Min 20kdl x 14fdw x 4flap to a max of 50kdl x 40kdw x 10flap with an erected case size range of approx. min 12l x 8w x 10d to a max of 30l x 20w x 30d complete with Nordson 3500 hot melt unit serial # 301894a-sa01c00081, 6ft extended blank magazine, 3/60/460, electrical print: ELE999696, Plexiglas safety curtains. ----- Pearson Model Y1928 bag inserter opens, inserts, and cuffs plastic bags from pre perforated roll stock The Pearson Model Y1928 Plastic Bag Inserter with Versa Seal Option is designed to automatically open and insert a plastic bag into an empty RSC, Tablock RSC, HSC, FOL or Bliss style case or try at speeds up t o15 cases per minute. Flat or gusseted bags from resealed and perforated roll stock are fed to an opening station. A vacuum plenum opens the bag above the waiting case. A mandrel enters the bag from above. As it travels downward, cuffing fingers move outward to cuff the bag over the case. The mandrel retracts and case is released to transfer out of the loading station. The machine comes with two bag roll stands. This unit comes with an 8ft conveyor with case control guides and indexer. Complete with Busch Vacuum pump Bag inserter minimizes air consumption, promotes positive bag placement The Y1928 bag inserter can use plain or pre-perforated tube stock and has positive bag placement. It also has a low profile, low air consumption and a rugged design. Filled cases are metered into the machine and stopped at the uncuffing area. Cylinders extend the uncuffers to meet the corners of the case, and then the uncuffing carriage rises and the uncuffers lift the poly bag up above the top of the case.
