Pfaudler 300 gallon glass lined clamp top reactor. Plug free. Pharmaceutical grade white glass. Internal rated 100 psi/fv at 450 deg f, internal rated -20 deg f at 90 psi. Drive assembly includes a Pfaudler 4DTW direct drive. 7.5 hp xp motor, 15 to 1 ratio. 3-blade retreat curve impeller and baffle. Top openings include: (1) 12inch x 16inch manway with cover and sightglass, (4) 4inch and (1) 8inch. Shell has (3) 4inch nozzles with sightglass assemblies. Bottom has a 3inch center outlet. Vessel was built in 1989 . Vessel has been spark tested at 6000 kv and passed, and has excellent fire polish. Thickness test was also completed and on file. Jacket rated 90 psi at 350 deg F.
