Consists of 26 in dia x 30 in deep syrup tank vacuum chamber with direct steam injection, welded CT, bolted CB, 8 in CBO. 28 in dia x 28 in deep whip chamber with Q.O. swing away dished top, welded dished bottom and side entering whip agitator drive, also takes air injection; 18 in dia x 22 in deep egg white tank w/cold water jacket, 1/3 hinged cover, anchor type agitator, 1200 RPM direct drive from small motor, appears less than 1 HP; single stage vacuum pump on skid with silencer and 7 1/2-10 HP motor for syrup tank; Albin Mdl SLP107 01A31A1A0 positive displacement pump, s/n 121438 w/1 inch in and out connections for egg whites; Uniflo Mdl RPD1-5 positive displacement pump, s/n 2527, three lobe, 75 psi discharge, 2 HP motor, on base for syrup tank
