Wrap-ade UPHGR2-10, Fully automatic vertical form fill seal strip packaging machine capable of up to 300 cycles per minute(depending on pieces per package, package size, material specifications and product characteristics). Currently to run six pieces per cycle. Product pocket size of 11/16 in.diameter x 9/32 in. deep. Can accommodate heat sealable films (7in. - 9 3/4 in.)W. (Other sizes of product and film can be run with proper tooling.) Features Syntron magnetic hopper and vibratory feeder equipped with adjustable hopper gate, and size reject (for product less than 3/8 in. diameter) with reject bin. Feeds single product into 6 pouches simultaneously. Film is horizontally perforated after each row of 6, cut vertically into strips, and strips are cut horizontally at a given interval (cam operated). Equipped with lexan guarding, independent heat controls, and can use registration. Mounted on mild steel base. OAD: 90 in. L x 50 in. W x 95 in. H
