Three tank CIP system with three 550 gallon s/s tanks. System designed and assembled by Barnum Mechanical, tanks 4 ft dia x 5 ft 6 in straight height made by Perma-San with 1/2 hinged covers. Skid also includes 15 HP APV centrifigal pump, 3 inch inlet x 2.5 inch outlet, shell and tube heat exchanger and control panel with chart recorder
