Candied popcorn line, good for caramel coated popcorn. This automated line consists of a Cretors FT-200 stainless steel popper, Cretors FT-650 popper, Cretors rotary sifter, Groen five barrel stainless steel thin film evaporator/concentrator, model E-372. S/S control panel with Honeywell individual digital controls for each barrel, each barrel jacketed for 150 PSI at 366 degrees F, National Board stamped. Groen 12 inch diameter x 10 foot long stainless steel jacketed thermal screw coater and interconnecting cleated belt conveyors and elevators. 10in wide inclince cleated belt conveyor, 10in wide belt, 3in H flights, 12in on center with 1hp, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 208-230/460 volt motor. Also includes digital controls and stainless steel cabinet. Line primarily designed for caramel coated popcorn but could also work on sugared cereals and other sweet snacks.
