ALL FILL AUTOMATIC TWIN HEAD AUGER FILLER, Model THA, with 6 ft long twin chain container conveyor at a 36 inch working height, with pneumatic stops for automatic container indexing, and adjustable guide rails. Common infeed hopper to individual 20 inch diameter by 20 inch deep cone hoppers, each with scrape agitator. Complete with operator contol panel with digi-count timers. All stainless steel product contacts. Painted steel support frame. Bulk and dribble type fill, manufacturer rated for 60 to 120 cpm depending on fill size and product characteristics. No product tooling included, but a wide range of augers are available for a variety of different products, from powders, to granular, to viscous creams. Previously used for powder filling. 1/2 HP conveyor drive, (2) 1 HP auger drives (one for each). 3 phase auger / agitated hopper drive electrics, 110 volt 1 ph input for conveyor drive and controls, pneumatic container indexing.
