Blentech Model HT-2016-D continuous rice cooker, rated for 3200 lb/hr of long grain rice with full absorption based on 30 minute dwell time. T316 stainless steel contact parts. Has twin intermeshing 20 inch diameter screws with staggered solid flight and rod sections and stirring paddles mounted on screw shafts. W shaped trough 16 feet long with bottom outlet with double row of steam inlet diffusers full length of cooker body. Variable frequency electronic screw speed control for 9-35 minute dwell time, Allen Bradley PLC controls. System includes Four sprayballs, pneumatic lift for screws for manual cleaning, 84 inch high elevating product feed conveyor, inclined conveyor to feed rotary rinse reel 36 inch dia x 69 inch long w/four rollers and two 1/2 HP drives, one for each set, water spray manifold and nozzles. Also includes elevating drain conveyor and discharge conveyor.
