M and O Perry volumetric powder filler, model E1200. 8 head nozzle with product feed hopper, dosing from 10 mg to 6 grams per dose, container size range from .75 to 2.06 inch OD x 1 to 5.75 inch H. Maximum rate depending on product and container size 150 BPM. Includes PLC controls, dust collection system, multi-dose capabilities, automatic purge system to clean piston filters after each dose, escapement wheel indexing to accurately position containers during filling operations, changeovers and adjustments completed without the use of tools. Requires 0-60 psi at 3 scfm for dose and purge aire and 0-30 inch Hg at 3 scfm vacuum for fill.
