Rietz Thermascrew Model TL-30-3220 rotary blancher. Stainless steel contact parts, trough measures 30.5 in wide x 34 in deep x 20 ft long. Has 13 ft 6 in long jacket ASME code stamped for 60 psi at 308 deg F. Four section flat hinged top covers. 12 in x 18 in rectangular end bottom outlet, three steam diffusers. 30 inch dia stainless steel screw with 12 inch pitch flights, 20 ft long. Includes outboard bearings and packing glands. Outboard bearings and packing glands, also has chain and sprocket, requires 1 HP gearhead motor.
