Krones Kettner and Ronchi Exacta/R Large volume 240bpm monoblock reshipper line built from 1999/2000 retooled and upgraded in 2008. Ronchi Exacta/R mono-block Magnetic Flow-meter volumetric 240 bpm, last running 150bpm, all stainless steel mono-block 40 head Magnetic valve filler with a 9.5in pitch and a Ronchi 20 head torque controlled screw capper, currently running a 2.25in cap with bulk hopper elevator to Feed Caps into a Shiboya-Hoppman TC50, 50in dia sorter. Unit upgraded in 2008 for short caps complete with Zeph UK (quick change system) 75oz.-100oz. and Change Parts of America 80 oz & 150 oz . Ronchi is being feed by a Krones Contipac rotary 8 head uncaser for reshipper cases (1999) serial number 99/0640/002, (80-150 oz) from a 4-pack case, and place onto conveyor, then a single filer is used, 480V-3-60hz electrics, ~~~ Ronchi is discharging onto Krones automatic Laner from single to twin lane conveyor transfer system, all Krones stainless steel frame conveyor has pneumatic automatic width adjusting rail then into a ~~~ Krones Contipac Caser, (1999) serial number 99/0690/002, last used to load filled plastic bottles (80-150 oz) into a 4-pack case , and place onto power case conveyor, 480V-3-60hz electrics ~~~ Cases are disrcharge onto Krones full case conveyor with automatic pneumatic wideth adjusting rail ~~~ Then finally the case is sealed by an Anderson Hot Melt Automatic Top Case Sealer with Nordson Durablu16 Hot Melt system, s/s frame, w/ s/s track conveyor, and adjustable psi top load rail. ~~~ Cases are checked after closure by a stainless stell AP in motion model hsis65L1HKSSS72 checkweigher serial # 07100280, 115vac (2007)
