Heimann Smiths Eagle Model EGL-CASE Full Case X-Ray machine. High speed imaging at 30m/min, 140 watt x-ray tube/power supply standard, 700 watt tube/power supply for dense thick products, fabric belt 1015mm wide, detection width 960mm at conveyor surface, internal modem for remote support, windows based interface, S/S cabinet. The X ray system is specifically designed for the inspection of end of line large cased products. The system can automatically detect and reject foreign body contaminants such as; metals, glass, stone, bone, PVC, Teflon, Stainless Steel (even in aluminum foil products). It utilizes SimulTask software providing each contaminant type to be independently analyzed. All image analysis routines are run simultaneously, thus optimizing detection capability and minimizing false rejects. End of line case x-ray beam coverage: At 250mm High = 680mm Wide, At 380mm High = 610mm Wide, At 450mm High = 530mm Wide, At 530mm High = 450mm Wide, 200-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 20 Amp, single phase, 80 psi compressed air 3/8in line dry and filtered.
