2,000 gallon Cherry Burrell T304 stainless steel jacketed tank. Model PAMEP CDA, sanitary construction with polished number 4 finish internally and externally. Channel jacket on full shell and dimple jacket on bottom head, both for 50 psi. Dished top, cone bottom with 22 inch top manway with hinged cover and 2 inch center bottom outlet. Mounted on six adjustable stainless steel legs. 6.1/7.8 HP dual speed motor and reducer for 7/14 RPM output speed, single motion scraper agitatior for shell and bottom head with bottom steady bearing. Dimensions approx 7 foot diameter x 13 foot high. Also includes dual head spray ball.
