Urschel Comitrol 1700 processor, 40 HP motor, 3/60/208V. Maximum product input should not exceed 2.5 inch for 3 inch cutting heads. For free flowing dry and semi-dry applications. Will slurry inputs up to .375 inch for microcut heads depending on heads and impellers used. This unit includes a cutting head, can take a microcut or slicing head. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters. Has had very little use, was test run for croutons, not effective for that product.
