Multivac Model T400 Vacuum Tray Sealer with Denester. Set up for a 6in by 8in tray. Hour meter shows 705 production hours. The Multivac T400 Traysealer combines speed and flexible output to produce up to 60 trays per minute in a full range of sizes. It offers a fully automatic, gas-flushing traysealer and can accommodate materials such as plastic, barrier foam, and paperboard. The heat-sealable lidding materials can be processed and the photo-registration provides precision placements of register-printed lid films. The changeover process has been streamlined for quick and efficient production, The sealing head dimensions, which can be divided into a maximum of four trays in one track, are 630 by 220mm or 460 by 330mm. The maximum tray depth is 130mm., The T400 can be used on a variety of heat-sealable, premade trays produced from mono or multi-layer films, including foam plastics, sealable boards and aluminium which makes it very flexible in use. Any heat-sealable lidding film can be used, including preprinted films. It can be used in-line or as a stand-alone operation meaning that tray filling can take place away from the manufacturing line to give more time for product presentation, if it is required
