100 gallon Lee Model U9MS jacketed double motion processor tank. 30 in ID, 38 in deep. T316 shell with T304 stainless steel jacket on shell and bottom head. Atmospheric internal with 100 psig jacket at 338 deg F. Heavy duty double motion agitator with nylon scraper blades, powered by a 3 HP 230/460 V motor for 25 RPM output speed. Rated for 100,000 c.p. and USDA approved. 2 inch tri-clamp center bottom outlet, open top with hinged cover. Portable with casters. Reported unused, new in 2008.
