Rheon Model KN400 Cornucopia extruder/encruster. All stainless steel construction to make a variety of shapes with proper change parts, round, pillow or cylindrical. Includes two 20 liter hoppers, one each for casing and fill materials. Product weight range from 10-300 gram, output from 10-60 PPM. Belt speed 1.3-22 meters/minute. Product length up to 500 mm with intermittent encrusting. Maximum extrusion capacity to 360 Kg/hr. Maximum solid encrusting size 48 mm for single solid product or 35 mm for single solid and filling product. 3/60/220V electrics.
