Sidel Model Hema EV12 all stainless steel rotary monoblock piston filer/capper. Unit has twelve individually servo controlled pistons with pneumatic actuators and quick change part tooling for 6, 12, 16, 32 and 48 ounce fills. Unit has Sidel E-Fill for programmable control of the pistons to adjust for a variety of product viscosities and particulate content. No container/no fill. Jacketed product hopper with agitator and internal CIP spray ball cleaning. Zalkin eight head capper includes U750 cap hopper with cap elevator, sorter and cap feed chute for 33 and 38 mm caps. Cap chute includes high/low sensing to maintain constant supply of caps. External equipment includes CIP system with 250 gal reservoir and pumps, exhaust fan, fixed hopper spray ball and fixed jets to clean external nozzles and tooling and base plate. All S/S Nema 4 electrical enclosure with air conditioner and Allen Bradley PLC touch screen controls, and standard resin delrin style table top conveyor with independent VFD. Machine taken from service in February 2013. Quote also includes a second machine, never put into service that includes many usable spare parts.
