2,000 gallon Stainless Fabricators 316 S/S sanitary reactor with dual agitation. National board number 167. Rated FV/22 PSI at -20 to 300 degrees F internal. 100 PSI at 300 degrees F in the jacket. The vessel has a dimple jacket on the bottom head and straight side, with insulation and a 304 S/S sanitary shroud over the insulation. 72 in diameter x 102 in straight side, welded dished top, and dished bottom. Unit has (2) top mounted agitator drives; Off Center Lightnin agitator drive Model MXC-70V, rated 1175 input; 900/450 rpm output, mechanical seal on shaft 3 in diameter shaft with a high shear saw tooth blade and a top center mounted wide sweep agitator drive, manufactured by Nord, 75 to 1 ratio, 23 rpm output, 15 HP, with gate style agitator with Teflon scraper blades. Openings include: Top - (1) 18 in manway with hinged cover, and 5 in SG in cover, (3) 2 in, (4) 3 in, (1) 4 in, (1) 5 in SG, (1) 10 in with Lightnin drive, (1) 6 in with Nord drive; Bottom center outlet. Mounted on 4 legs.
