Urania Model 3500P Pouch Pro Validatable Continuous Band Heat Sealer Pouch Packager. Designed and tooled for a 5.75 inches wide x 10 inches long pouch. System takes premade pouch, indexes to a single station indexing conveyor product loader. Loader was pushing pipette trays into bag, inserting a pouch desiccant and a prefolded leaflet, then pouch was sealed. Sealing belts made of Teflon coated fiberglass. Sealing bars tri-axial self-adjusting. Temperature range 100 degree C to 300 degree C. 304 Stainless steel and anodized 6061 aluminum construction. Machine includes 1 Azco Model SP-4D desiccant feeder capable of speeds up to 100 pouches per minute. Tool-less changeover in under 5 minutes. 1 amp 60 hertz 110V.
