1,000 Gallon (approx.) DCI Vertical 316L S/S Jacketed Triple Agitated Reactor. Approximate 72 in diameter x 66 in straight side. Dished top and bottom. Internal rated 15/-15 PSI at -20 to 375 degrees F., Inconel 625 dimple jacket sidewall and bottom head rated 125/-15 PSI at -20 to 375 degrees F. Triple agitated with (1) bottom supported anchor agitator with scrapers, driven by a 20 HP XP gear motor, approximate 22 output rpm. (2) Off center agitators with fixed blade turbines, each driven by a 15 HP XP gear motor, approximate 51 output rpm. Insulated with 304 stainless steel sheathing. Top manway, approximate 4 in center bottom outlet. Mounted on (4) side lugs. National Board# 2091.
