Jones Wraptor Continuous Motion S/S Wrap Tuck/Lock Style Sleever. 9 in pitch, maximum speed 150 PPM (based on 16 or 32 oz bowls with lids), left to right configuration, rotary carton feed, product delivered in an upright single lane configuration to the interface conveyor, Star Wheels relieve upstream product back pressure and meter product to create proper pack configuration and transition product to grouping chain. Sensors detect product and feed a sleeve using 3 head rotary sleeve feeder and place sleeve on product. Sides of sleeve will be folded down by a set of static guides while being held steady by sleeve feed chain on top of package. Package will pass through compression section where sides of sleeve are drawn tight against product. Bottoms of sleeve will go through locking mechanism which will lock flaps into a secure lock. Completed package will exit onto a discharge conveyor (not included). Originally designed for single pack 16 oz bowls measuring 6.25 in X 5.25 in X 2.31 in and single pack 32 oz bowls measuring 6.25 in X 5.25 in X 4.00 in. OTC style wrap with lock style closure, Allen Bradley Panel View 1000 digital controls. Last running 3.5 in Wide sleeves, 460 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz
