Includes galvanized primary and secondary framing, 24 gauge standing seam roof panels with PVDF finish, R 19 roof insulation, 26 gauge wall panels with R 13 insulation, 22 skylights, translucent wall panels, trims, gutters, downspouts, two canopies, admin building roof and wall system, and storage and pump room sheeting. Originally purchased for approximately $1.5 million plus $259,000 in freight and delivery. This item will be sold subject to reserve, and an 8% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price and is payable by the buyer.

While the auctioneer believes the lot to be substantially complete, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made as to the completeness, condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability of the components for reconstruction. The buyer acknowledges that certain parts, hardware, fasteners, connectors, bracing, panels or other components may be missing, damaged or require replacement. Components have been stored as part of a project that was not completed.
Buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with transportation, loading, shipping, assembly, engineering, permits and installation, including coordination of any required cranes, containers or specialized transport. No foundation, site work or installation services are included. Buyer is responsible for verifying compliance with all local building codes, zoning requirements and permitting prior to reconstruction. Removal must be scheduled in advance and coordinated with site personnel. A reasonable period will be provided for removal. Storage fees may apply to any items remaining beyond the designated removal period.
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the final bid price is due by 1:00 PM HST on the business day following auction close. The remaining balance is due within 5 business days of auction close. Payment must be made by wire transfer or ACH. Failure to comply with these terms will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or resold.
All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Buyer is responsible for verifying all specifications, quantities and conditions prior to bidding. Component counts and quantities are not guaranteed.
Shipping Details:
All components must be picked up from Waimea on the island of Kauai within the timeframe specified in the auction details.
