10,000 Gallon Custom Metal Craft Model 1024900 Vertical S/S Jacketed Turbine Agitated Processing Tank. 304 Stainless steel, Approximate 128 in diameter x 168 in straight side. Dished top and coned bottom. Internal rated Atmospheric at 100 degrees F. Dimpled jacketed rated 15 psi at 100 degrees F. Insulated, has 304 stainless steel sheathing. Fixed stainless steel agitator bridge with agitator. 4 in Diameter shaft, with (2) 4 blade turbines, driven by 25 hp, 3/60/230/460, 1760 rpm gear motor, 47.21 to 1 ratio, 37 rpm. (4) Sidewall baffles. Opening top 20 in man way with cover, 6 in, 4 in tri-clamp, 3 in tri-clamp. 3 in Tri-clamp side. 3 in Center bottom outlet with manual ball valve. Mounted on (4) legs.
