Lee quick cooling pan, model CP200, 200 gallon capacity, 304 stainless steel. 88 in diameter x approx 18 in deep. Open top, no cover. Jacketed dished bottom. Stainless steel agitator bridge with an approx 2 in diameter shaft with a bottom sweep agitator with scrapers. Hydraulically driven with gearbox, no power pack. 4 in center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs, approx 30 in discharge height. Built 1979.
