2,000 Gal W.H.E. Bio-Systems Turbine Agitated Jacketed Tank, 316 stainless steel, vertical. Approximately 84 in diameter x 80 in straight side, dished top, coned bottom. Insulated with stainless steel sheathing. Internal rated to 212 deg F, dimple jacket rated 90/fv at 350 deg F. Fixed stainless steel agitator bridge. Approximate 2 1/2 in diameter bottom supported shaft with 2 bottom sweep blades and a 4 blade turbine, driven by a 3/6 hp, 3/60/575 volt gearmotor, ratio 30.89 to 1. (1) top mounted adjustable baffle, (2) spray balls. Openings: top 3 in tri-clamp, 4 in tri-clamp, 6 in tri-clamp, 18 in manway with cover; approximate 3 in tri-clamp center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs, approximate 23 in discharge height.
