2007 unused Palace and Epack Complete Tablet Filling Line w/ puck handling, System has never been installed and is complete with Palace D-36-SPB bottle unscrambler and H15 bottle hopper/elevator, Epak 18 head air bottle rinser, Surefill 300 Slat Filler, (S/N 101) The Surefill 300 is designed to run 39 size industry standard slats, The Surefill 300 is engineered to seperate the bulk product( tablets or capsules) and dispense the product into bottles in the desired counts. Electrical Requirement: 3/60/230 30 amp. Air Requirments: (2) air lines at a min of 90 PSI. GMP Design, The open design permits full access into the machine for cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and changeover. The sliding rear guard doors facilitate easy access. The appropriate gripping belts guide the container securely through the completion unit where a press down belt snaps the caps into place.
