Clerestory Structure Dimensions: 72′-6 wide x 225′-6″ long x 26′-0″ high 1:12 roof slope. Admin Structure Dimensions: 36′-8 1/2″ wide x 82′-0″ long x 15′-0″ high (high side) 1:12 slope. Roof Eave Extensions include 5′-0 1/8″ at LEW & FSW and 20′-0 1/8″ at REW. Note: Framing for Admin Bldg by others. Roof, Wall, & Trims Only. Provided. Fasteners to wood are excluded. Storage / Pump Room Dimensions: 4′-9″ wide x 10′-8″ long x 13′-1 1/4″ at high side (sheeting & trims only). Galvanized Secondary Steel: Included (roof purlins and wall girts from manufacturer’s standard coil). Galvanized Primary Framing: Included (hot dipped galvanized). Clerestory Framing: Consists of dormer type framing over factory structure framing – see attached drawing ST-1. Interior columns and spacing remain same as contract plans. Roof Panels: 24 gage CFR standing seam metal roof panel with standard PVDF colors including. 6″ thick R-19 metal building roof insulation with WMP-30 white facing. Wall Panels: 26 gage Classic metal wall panels with standard PVDF colors including. 4″ thick R-13 metal building wall insulation with WMP-30 white facing. Building Trim: manufacturer’s standard 26 gage trim in standard PVDF colors provided including gutters, downspouts, eave, rake, corner, and wall trims. Canopies: (2) Canopies are provided, 1 @ 10′-8″ x 41′-6″ and 1 @ 6′-2″ x 25′-0″. Skylights: (22) Nucor CFR skylights are included (framed openings for dome skylights are deleted). Clerestory: 10′-3″ x 3′-3″ Framed openings provided at sidewalls, centered each bay. Metal wall panels at sidewalls are replaced with translucent wall panels. Raised Columns: 6 interior tube column bases and 6 exterior column bases will be at 18″ AFF. Inset Columns: 6 interior tube column bases will be at -10″ BFF. Panels at Wainscot: Nucor metal wall panels will extend 1″ below face of masonry wainscot. Framed openings for wall and roof accessories are included. Roof and wall accessories are not included.
