250 Gallon Lee Metal Products S/S Jacketed Kettle. Approximate 52 in diameter x 39 in deep. Open top with a 1 piece hinged cover, 304 stainless steel jacketed hemispherical bottom, rated 40 psi at 650 degrees F. Clamp on Lightnin air operated agitator, model XJA-33, 5/8 in diameter shaft with a 3 blade prop. No center bottom outlet (welded shut). Mounted on 3 carbon steel legs.
