500 Gallon Lee Model 500U9MS T316 stainless steel kettle. Double motion scraper agitator with 5 HP TEFC washdown motor and gear reducer for 100 RPM output speed. Jacket rated for 100 psi at 338 degrees F to minus 20 degrees F. Hinged top cover, 3 inch flush, sanitary bottom ball valve with tri-clamp connection. Five scraped surface agitators with a sanitary bottom stabilizing bushing. Kettle is approximately 5 foot diameter, 85 inch from the floor to the lip and overall height is 109 inch. Kettle depth is approx 64 inch. 480V, 60 Hz, 3 Ph.
