Accutek Model AutoSPNDLCPPR 6-Quill Automatic Spindle Capper with Cap Elevator/Orientator. Maximum speed up to 120 CPM, cap size range 10mm-120mm, container size from 6mm-215mm (1/4 in - 8 1/2 in) outside diameter. Has dual side grippers on adjustable stainless steel frame with analog controls, adjustable angle gripper belts, on the fly speed and torque adjustments, one knob cap chute adjustment, powered height adjustment. With Accutek 6 cu ft S/S vertical bulk cap elevator with cap feeder. S/S Hopper on S/S Frame with Casters. Orientation system utilizes a large capacity, ground level bin with adjustable angle orientation elevator that carries the closures to a loading cassette where they are then placed into a spindle capper cap chute. The cap chute connects the spindle capper and the orientator to allow the caps to be placed onto the containers automatically prior to tightening. Chute includes cap shoe and adjustable chute from 8mm to 70mm.120 V, 1 Ph, 60 Hz, 120 PSI at 2 CFM.
